Return Eligibility

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund after investigation with the shipping carrier.
